About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Designing Trainer to conduct training sessions, mentor students, and guide them through practical design projects. The ideal candidate will have robust subject knowledge, hands-on experience with design software, and a genuine interest in teaching and student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct batch and individual training sessions as per the approved curriculum and student learning plans.

- Provide practical training in interior designing concepts, techniques, and relevant design software.

- Provide individual guidance and personalized support based on each student's learning level and requirements.

- Guide students in projects, assignments, portfolios, drawings, and practical work.

- Monitor and follow up on student attendance, discipline, learning progress, and performance.

- Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding attendance, progress, performance, and academic concerns.

- Conduct assessments, examinations, practical evaluations,



and reviews within the scheduled timeline.

- Prepare and submit accurate student progress reports/progress cards on time.

- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback and improvement guidance.

- Maintain student-wise academic records, project records, attendance, and required documentation.

- Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial training or individual follow-up.

- Participate in faculty meetings, student reviews, workshops, and institute academic activities.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of software, training materials, and classroom resources.

- Follow institute policies, academic procedures, quality standards, and professional conduct requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
