The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → lead qualification → pitching → negotiation → closure.n
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach).n
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.n
- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery calls with US-based clients.n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.n
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.n
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion and client onboarding.n




- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.n
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- 3–4 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales.n
- Proven experience in selling to US-based clients (mandatory).n
- Solid expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales.n
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)n
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).n
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.n
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.n
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).n
