R / R Shiny Programmer Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Remote Domain: Clinical / Life Sciences – Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced R / R Shiny Programmer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in R programming and Shiny application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in R package development, application architecture, automation, and deployment. Experience in the clinical/life sciences domain and knowledge of CDISC standards will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain R and R Shiny applications. - Develop and maintain R packages following coding standards and best practices. - Design scalable and maintainable application architecture for R/Shiny solutions. - Develop automation frameworks and automated workflows for application development and deployment. - Manage deployment of R/Shiny applications across relevant environments.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements. - Optimize application performance, usability, scalability, and reliability. - Implement reusable R functions, modules, and components. - Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. - Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, automation, and software development lifecycle. - Contribute to technical documentation and solution design.
