ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you driven by targets and passionate about closing deals? We're looking for a Sales Executive who is proactive, persuasive, and results oriented. This role offers the opportunity to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and directly contribute to business revenue growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate current business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in any discipline; Sales specialization is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a performance-based role.
- Familiarity with CRM tool (GoHighLevel) and MS Office is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
