nLocation : Ground Floor, Ambit IT Park, No. 32A & B, Ambit Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu — 600058, India
nShift : Night Shift
nWeekly Off : Rotational Weekdays
nResponsibilities:

- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiriesn
- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolutionn
- Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshootingn
- Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happinessn
- Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concernsn
- Outbound calls to current customers to address issues,

nEducational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
nCTC: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA
