Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: South India (focus: Bangalore)

Role Overview:
Drive sales growth for Milletto & Nutto healthy snacks across general trade and modern trade through strong on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores daily; pitch products and onboard new outlets
- Build relationships with store owners, distributors & buyers
- Ensure product listing, visibility, shelf placement & merchandising
- Generate orders, track stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment
- Execute promotions, sampling and in-store activations
- Meet sales targets and report market feedback & competitor activity
- FMCG sales experience preferred (healthy snacks is a plus)
- Freshers welcome with strong communication & sales mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in field sales
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at relationship building
