International Client Support Executive (Sales)..Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic International Client Support Executive who can manage global client relationships while driving sales growth. The role involves handling client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate product/service solutions:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships:
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, international sales, or customer support:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English




- Ability to work with clients across different time zones:
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills:
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling global clients (US, UK, Europe, etc.):
- Multilingual skills (a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
