Must Have:
Experience in sales across Industrial and Warehousing clusters in their respective locations.
Preferred client servicing experience in an IPC, with existing relationships of Industrial and Logistics clients and partner network
Excellent Communication Skills along; Body Language written & verbal.
Experience in Industrial and Warehousing Real Estate transactions.
Must have relevant experience in running the transaction end-to-end.

As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions, representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Your primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, staying current on market trends, negotiating deals, and ensuring legal compliance throughout the real estate process. The role demands a combination of interpersonal skills, market knowledge,
