Core Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform routine and specialized tests in areas such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, and Microbiology.
- Sample Management: Collect patient samples (including venipuncture/blood collection), process them for analysis, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and other equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Quality Control: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and NABL quality standards, conducting daily internal quality control checks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Accurately record test results, maintain patient registers, and enter data into Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including infection control and bio-medical waste disposal guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,157.10 - ₹18,000.00 per month
