We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused "Account Executive" to manage US-based accounts and oversee invoicing processes.

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Noida - 135 (Both-side cab facility provided)

Compensation: 30K - 40K per month

Shift: US - Shift

Job Summary
- Process, verify, and execute vendor invoices and payments promptly:
- Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.:
- Oversee day-to-day small payments and reimbursements.:
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualification and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.




- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/vendor payment management (preferably handling US clients).:
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

Pay: ₹30,449.06 - ₹40,143.86 per month
