Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of sales, psychology, and career consulting.

You will be responsible for converting high-intent inbound leads into enrolled students for The Viral Trees Academy.

But this is not transactional selling.

You will:
- Understand the prospect’s career situation, financial goals,



and urgency:
- Identify whether they are a right fit or not:
- Guide them toward a clear decision:
- Close enrollments with confidence and clarity

In parallel, you will gain exposure to:
- Performance marketing systems
- Client acquisition frameworks
- Real business operations

This role is designed for someone who wants to earn aggressively and grow beyond sales.

Qualifications

1-4 years experience in sales / counseling / EdTech / high-ticket selling

Solid communication skills (clarity > accent)

Ability to build trust quickly
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on earnings, not just salary

Comfort with handling objections and closing deals

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
