Role Overview:
We are hiring a Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Alternative traffic networks (native, push, display, etc.)

Your goal is simple:
Generate profitable leads & sales at scale for US clients

Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Execution
- Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads campaigns (US market):
- Run traffic from:
- Native ads
- Push ads
- Display networks (e.g., ExoClick or similar)
- Optimize for:
- Leads (auto parts)
- Purchases (nutra)

Performance Optimization
- Track & improve:
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion rate
- Scale winners aggressively
- Kill underperforming campaigns quickly

Funnel & Creative Strategy
- Build & optimize:
- Pre-landers
- Sales pages / checkout flows
- Guide creative direction:
- Hooks
- Angles
- Offers





Retargeting & Scaling
- Setup retargeting across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Display (if needed)
- Build custom audiences:
- Engaged users
- Leads
- Checkout visitors

Tracking & Analytics
- Setup and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Ensure accurate tracking & attribution
- Analyze campaign data & optimize daily

Requirements: MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads for USA eCommerce:
- Experience with ad networks (native / push / display):
- Robust understanding of:
- Funnels
- Conversion optimization
- Scaling strategies

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Pixel & event tracking setup
- A/B testing
- Data-driven decision making BONUS (HIGH PRIORITY):
- Experience in:
- Nutra (supplements, DTC or affiliate):
- Auto parts or high-ticket products ($500+):
- Experience with:
- Shopify / custom checkout
- Affiliate funnels

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,754.63 per month
