Role Description The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. The consultant will meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements, and translate these into design concepts, mood boards, and detailed layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting furniture, finishes, and materials, preparing presentations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing implementation to ensure design quality and project timelines are met.

The role involves guiding clients through design decisions, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a smooth,



end-to-end experience from initial consultation to final handover. The consultant will also collaborate with sales and project teams to support proposals, pricing, and after-sales service as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, color theory, and material selection, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Sales abilities to present design solutions, support conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, customization, and placement to create functional and visually appealing interiors.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience using interior design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) for plans and visualizations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in office in Bengaluru North.
