Koshys Hospital is looking for a Main Intensivist to lead and manage our 24/7 ICU. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all critical care operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage ICU operations round-the-clock
- - Oversee patient care plans and critical decision-making
- Procedures- critical care procedure (CVP lines, arterial lines, intubation)
- - Supervise ICU medical officers and nursing teams
- - Handle all ICU emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care




- - Ensure compliance with NABH standards and ICU protocols
- - Support training and clinical development of the ICU team

- Requirements:

- MBBS with valid KMC registration
- - ICU/Critical Care certification (mandatory)
- - Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care experience
- - Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
