Position : Integration Developer

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting : Team Leader

Criteria: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/ M.Tech with 5+ Years of experience in using of OIC/Dell Boomi/ Lobster/Workato/SOA Integration Tools.

Key Skill

- Solid knowledge of integration patterns, web services (REST/SOAP), and SOA architectures.
- Experience with cloud-based integrations and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Job Purpose Will be responsible for developing and maintaining integration solutions that enable seamless data connectivity across various applications and platforms and solid understanding of integration patterns, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver robust solutions.

Job Responsibility

- Design, implement, and maintain integration processes using platforms.
- Develop complex workflows and orchestrations that integrate cloud and on-premise applications.
- Create and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.




- Implement data transformations, mappings, and error handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Utilize connectors and adaptors within platform to integrate with a variety of systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and databases.
- Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure integration processes are running smoothly.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and resolving data discrepancies promptly.
- Work closely with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and specifications.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Document integration processes, data flows, and technical configurations comprehensively.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in integration design, development, and maintenance.
- Manage integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure integration processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement data protection measures and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of data.
