Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Inter CA Accounts & Finance professional to support the Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for preparation and analysis of financial data, CMA projections, direct and indirect tax compliances, FEMA-related matters, regulatory filings and other accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of Financial Statements / Financials, schedules and supporting workings.
- Preparation of CMA Data, projections, budgets and financial forecasts for banking and management requirements.
- Handling and preparation of scrutiny / assessment details related to:

- TDS

- Income Tax

- GST
- Other tax-related matters
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C along with reconciliation and supporting documentation.
- Review and interpretation of FEMA rules and regulations and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
- Handling FLA (Foreign Liabilities and Assets) filing and APR (Annual Performance Report) filing.
- Assist in statutory, tax and regulatory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other external stakeholders as required.
- Prepare MIS, financial analysis, reconciliations and other management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.




- Handle other Accounts & Finance-related assignments as directed by management.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances.
- Hands-on experience in GSTR-9 / GSTR-9C preparation and filing.
- Knowledge of CMA Data preparation and financial projections.
- Working knowledge of FEMA regulations and foreign remittance-related compliances.
- Experience in FLA and APR filings will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and financial analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed workings and documentation for audits/scrutiny.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
- Ability to independently handle multiple accounting, taxation and compliance activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualified.
- 58 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Compliance.
- Candidates with experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction / Marine / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Should have practical exposure to tax compliances, financial reporting and regulatory filings.
- Candidate should be comfortable working independently and coordinating with internal teams, auditors and consultants.
