Nayi Disha is expanding its outreach team! We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Tele Callers who are passionate about student counseling and educational services.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students/parents to explain academic programs and career guidance services
- Follow up on inquiries generated through digital platforms and events
- Understand student requirements and schedule counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead updates
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

? Eligibility & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)




- Experience in education counseling or telecalling is an advantage
- Ability to handle student/parent queries confidently
- Target-driven, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel preferred
