About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel team as a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM). The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors.
- Build and expand a productive agency network in the assigned territory.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.
- Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.
- Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure activation and productivity of recruited advisors.
- Build robust relationships with advisors and customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and implement productivity improvement plans.
- Conduct regular sales meetings,



training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, business records, and MIS.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, or FMCG.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
