Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding customers in selecting suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending appropriate plans aligned with long-term goals.

The Insurance

Advisor will handle customer inquiries, provide clear and accurate policy information, and support clients through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships, reviewing coverage periodically,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and policy servicing. Advisors are expected to follow regulatory guidelines, maintain documentation, and meet defined performance and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of insurance and an understanding of life insurance products and protection solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational finance skills, including basic financial planning and interpreting customer financial needs.
- Candidates should possess consulting abilities to assess client requirements, provide tailored recommendations, and build trust-based advisory relationships.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, compliant customer experience.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts in a simple, respectful manner.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in insurance or financial services, comfort with work from home tools and CRM systems, and strong ethical judgment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in sales or advisory roles will also be considered.
