Role: Institutional Sales Manager - Domestic (Home Furnishing)

Location: Gurgaon (with travel across India)

Experience: 5+ years in institutional / B2B sales in home textiles or allied categories

Company: Rajdhani Syntex, OEM manufacturer of duvets, duvet covers, pillows, cushion fillers and filled home textile products

About us

We are an established OEM manufacturer supplying duvets, duvet covers, pillows, cushion and mattress fillers to overseas buyers. Our export business is running well and we are now opening up the domestic institutional channel. This is a build-from-scratch mandate, not a role where you inherit a running book.

What you'll do

Open and own the domestic institutional business: hospitality and HORECA, hospitals and healthcare, hostels and student housing, airlines and railways, large-format retail, e-commerce private labels, corporate gifting, and interior / turnkey contractors

Convert your existing relationships in the industry into an order book

Work with our production and QC teams to translate buyer specs (GSM, fill weight, thread count, fabric, packaging) into commercially viable offers

Handle costing, negotiation,



tendering and contract closure, including GeM and institutional tender processes

Build a repeat-order base rather than one-off deals, and manage collections and account health

Who we're looking for

Someone who has already sold into institutional buyers in home furnishing, bedding, mattresses, or hotel supplies and knows how these accounts actually buy A live contact book in at least one of the above segments, and the confidence to use it

Comfort with product specs and costing, not just relationship selling

Willing to travel and to build something from zero, with the patience that the first 6 to 9 months of a current channel demand
