- Assist ISRs and Senior ISRs with preparation of quotes and processing orders.

- Enter and manage sales orders in internal systems.

- Collect and organize required documentation (credit applications, agreements, signatures, etc.).

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, service) to support order fulfillment and scheduling.

- Work with vendors to obtain basic pricing and product information (as directed by ISR/Senior ISR).

- Assist with tracking order status, delivery timelines, and installations

- Handle basic administrative or order-related issues

- Escalate more complex or urgent issues to ISR or Senior ISR for resolution

- Support ongoing sales processes and documentation

- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal activities

- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration efforts
