Inside Sales Executive – US Debt Relief

Location: Sector 28, Gurugram

Shift: US Night Shift

Salary: up to 45k

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our US Debt Relief campaign.

In this role, you will interact with consumers across the United States through inbound and outbound calls, understand their financial situation, identify eligible prospects, explain available debt relief solutions, handle objections, and convert qualified prospects into live transfers for our clients.

This is a sales and lead-conversion role, not a easy calling or data-entry position. Your performance will be measured by the quality of leads, successful live transfers, conversion performance, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle inbound US customer calls
- Qualify customers based on debt and eligibility
- Explain debt relief solutions clearly and professionally
- Handle objections and close qualified live transfers
- Update CRM with accurate call details and notes
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets




- Follow TCPA compliance and quality standards

Requirements
- 1–3 years of US voice process or inside sales experience
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
- Minimum qualification: High School (12th preferred)

Preferred

- Experience in Debt Settlement, Credit Repair, or Financial Services
- Knowledge of CRM and dialer systems
- Spanish speaking is an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
