Afra Engineers is a leading provider of high-quality solar energy solutions in Kerala. We design and install on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing sales team and help us drive green energy adoption!

As an Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers interested in solar energy. Your primary responsibility will be contacting leads, explaining the benefits of switching to solar power, qualifying potential clients, and arranging meetings or site visits for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers.
- Explain solar system offerings, financial savings, and government subsidy schemes in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Understand customer energy requirements and pitch appropriate solar packages.
- Qualify potential leads and schedule consultations/site visits for technical and sales teams.




- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to close deals or advance sales pipelines.
- Maintain clean records of calls, lead statuses, and follow-ups in our CRM database.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Experience in real estate, home appliances, or renewable energy is a strong plus).
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam is required; working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, active listening, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / CRM software usage).
