Key responsibilities:

- Segment the EPC database by company size, existing C&I; capability, and geography before any campaign goes out.

- Draft and run email and WhatsApp Business campaigns pitching the Nexera partner/referral program to EPC companies.

- Track opens, clicks, and replies; maintain a simple engagement tracker or dashboard.

- Make warm follow-up calls only to contacts who have shown engagement — never cold-dial the full list.

- Qualify interest level on calls and hand off genuinely warm leads to the Application Engineer for a technical response.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of contact status (cold / warmed / qualified / handed off) so no lead is lost.

- Support outreach and lead capture at industry events (e.g., REI Expo 2026) as needed.

Skills required:

- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business API or a bulk sender tool, and at least one basic email marketing platform.

- Working proficiency in Excel for segmentation and tracking.

- Strong written communication in English and Hindi/Kannada.

- Valuable phone manner for warm, consultative follow-up calls — this is not a hard cold-calling role.





- Organized and consistent with data entry/tracking; this role lives or dies on clean records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
