About the Role

Saish Health & Fitness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support the sales growth of Skelcore, a global commercial fitness equipment brand.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales activities, generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting qualified opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up with prospective customers.
- Build relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, studios, hotels, corporate facilities and other commercial buyers.
- Understand Skelcore’s product range and recommend suitable fitness equipment and solutions.
- Coordinate quotations, commercial discussions and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead, quotation and pipeline records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified opportunities and customer requirements.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Key Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development or customer-facing sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups and target-based sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and solution-based selling.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in fitness, gym equipment or B2B sales will be an advantage.
