About The Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, client communication and business development activities. The role involves handling prospects from initial contact through enquiry, follow-up and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, India MART, Google research, email and other channels.
- Contact and qualify prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, email and WhatsApp.
- Explain company/products and share relevant product information and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Sales/BDM and internal teams for customer requirements, demos and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries,



quotations and business opportunities until closure.
- Develop existing customers through repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate lead, enquiry and follow-up records.
- Prepare regular sales activity and lead-status reports.
