Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC passed

Salary: ₹2.50 LPA

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients
- Connect with HR Heads, CXOs, Directors & key decision-makers
- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities
- Introduce HR services including Recruitment, Staffing, L&D; & Labour Law Compliance
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team
- Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, call reports & MIS

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident calling and follow-up abilities
- Lead generation and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
