Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales

Executive to manage and grow our international and domestic client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for international sales international, building strong client international, and driving revenue growth across global markets through virtual channels Like LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other B2B portals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in virtual B2B selling, strong communication skills.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify, qualify and convert international and domestic leads using online B2B platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and email campaigns.
- Generate current business by identifying prospective customers and presenting product/service offerings virtually.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.




- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel, online systems and produce reports.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in international markets.

Must have skill

- Good English communication skills is a must have.

Preferred candidate profile (But Not Necessary)

- 13 years of experience in inside sales or international business development, preferably B2B.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IndiaMART, Alibaba, or other virtual sales plaKorms.
- The candidate should be willing to communicate with clients via phone calls whenever required.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (writen and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads.
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with international and domestic buyers.
- Knowledge of export documentation or international trade
