We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, understand their insurance requirements, and convert leads into business through phone calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Explain policy benefits, coverage, terms, and other relevant details clearly.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations and servicing teams for policy issuance and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Build good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Experience: 1-3 years

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
