? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct insurance eligibility and verification follow-ups
- Make inbound and outbound calls to insurance providers
- Follow up on outstanding AR and claims
- Assist with denial management and claim resolution
- Accurately document insurance calls, follow-ups and outcomes
- Maintain productivity, quality and accuracy standards
- Work closely with US and India teams to support RCM operations

✅ Graduation in any discipline

✅ Good English communication and articulation skills

✅ Strong documentation and reporting skills

✅ Ability to communicate confidently with US-based insurance providers

✅ Willingness to learn US Healthcare and RCM processes

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

✅ Willingness to work full-time night shifts

This is a full-time night-shift position supporting US business hours .

? Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.

? Cab/transportation facility is available for employees working the night shift.
