Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines as per SOP and process parameters.
n
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and moulding defects.
n
- Support mould change, machine setup, trials, and preventive maintenance activities.
n
- Monitor production, quality, rejection, and machine downtime.
n
- Maintain production records and follow cleanroom procedures.
n
- Follow safety, 5S, GMP/quality requirements and maintain valuable housekeeping.
n
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
n

nQualification:

n

n

n
- Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool & Die or related discipline.
n
- CIPET Diploma candidates preferred.
n

n

nExperience:

n

n

n
- 1–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding / Machine Maintenance.
n
- Experience in cleanroom, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing will be an added advantage.
n

n

nKey Skills:

n

n
- Basic knowledge of Injection Moulding machines and moulds.
n
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
n
- Knowledge of injection moulding defects and process parameters.
n
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
