We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to build and lead the India infrastructure organisation and take end-to-end ownership of Network & Security, Database Administration, Middleware & DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Key Management, and SecOps.

The role will involve building and managing a team across six infrastructure functions, leading the transition of infrastructure activities from Casablanca, designing the support and escalation model, and ensuring reliable infrastructure service delivery against defined KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure leadership within payments, banking, or financial services, along with expertise in cloud, networks, databases, security, Linux/UNIX, Kubernetes, compliance, and people management.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of overall experience
- 4+ years in a managerial/leadership role
- Experience in payments, banking, or financial services
- Solid knowledge of Networks & IT Security
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- Knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL




- Linux/UNIX administration
- Kubernetes/container platforms
- Experience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001
- Strong people management and team-building experience
- Excellent English communication
- Experience managing global stakeholders/vendors
- Willingness to handle 24×7 second-level escalation/on-call responsibility
