About the role

NeuraNX.AI builds and operates AI and speech-processing platforms for global enterprise customers. We are looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps team in Chennai.

You will help run GPU-backed workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service, keep our deployment pipelines healthy, automate away manual operations work, and take a real part in production releases and reliability. It is a small team, so the work is hands-on and your decisions are visible.

What you will do

- Operate and maintain AKS clusters across development, QA and production environments — node pools, autoscaling, RBAC and upgrades.
- Deploy applications through GitOps workflows and support release windows from pre-checks to post-deployment validation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines: container image builds, registry pushes, environment configuration and secret rotation.
- Automate routine operations with Bash, Python or PowerShell — scheduled scaling, cleanup jobs, environment provisioning.
- Manage Azure infrastructure: virtual machines, networking, storage, managed databases and ingress.
- Track cloud spend and drive optimisation — rightsizing, idle resource cleanup, reservation analysis and automated shutdown of non-production environments.
- Maintain backup, archival and disaster-recovery processes, including restore testing.
- Set up and tune monitoring and alerting,



and write the runbooks that let the next person fix it at 3 a.m.

What we are looking for

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure or SRE.
- Strong production experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS (basic).
- Real operational experience with managed Kubernetes — AKS, EKS or GKE.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
- Solid Docker and Linux administration skills.
- Scripting ability in Bash and Python or PowerShell.
- Comfortable with Git-based workflows and code review.
- Clear written and spoken English — you will work directly with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

- GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Infrastructure as Code — Terraform, Bicep or ARM.
- Helm, KEDA, or experience with GPU workloads on Kubernetes.
- Observability tooling — Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor.
- Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 environments.
- AZ-104, AZ-400 or CKA certification.
