About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of IT projects for our international clients . The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, along with a good understanding of web and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a point of coordination between international clients, internal teams, developers, designers, QA, and management.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, updates, and priorities.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow up with internal teams regarding project deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.




- Ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain regular project status updates for management and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management .
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of website development / IT projects .
- Basic understanding of technologies such as PHP, WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS , or similar web technologies is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an international shift.
