Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and presenting company services to generate qualified leads.

The Inside Sales

Representative will follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and support account management activities to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams,



and working to achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including prospecting, pitching, and closing opportunities.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Lead Generation capabilities, including qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Account Management skills to maintain ongoing client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfort with phone-based and online interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT or BPO sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
