Role: Windows Patch Management

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management.n
- Hands-on with patch automation/process automationn
- Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys.n
- Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers.n
- Valuable understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures.n
- Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.n
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.n
- Success Measures Timely patch deployment across Windows and Citrix server environments.n
- High patch compliance and vulnerability remediation rates.n
- Successful Non-Production testing before Production rollout.n
- Minimal business disruption and zero major patch-related outages.n
- Effective coordination with application teams to ensure patching activities do not impact critical business services.n
- Strong /demonstratable knowledge to automate the above actionsn
