nWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead impactful technical training programs, mentor aspiring professionals, and align learning outcomes with industry and placement requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and mentoring abilities to create an engaging and result-oriented learning setting.

- Deliver interactive and high-quality technical training sessions for candidates and professionalsn
- Design, develop, and continuously improve curriculum, assignments, and training materialsn
- Provide hands-on coding guidance, project support, and practical learning experiencesn
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, evaluations, and performance feedback sessionsn
- Mentor candidates on technical concepts, problem-solving approaches, and interview readinessn




- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practicesn
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with placement and business requirementsn
- Track candidate progress and maintain detailed training and performance reportsn

nRequirements
n
- n
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Technical Mentorn
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Salesforce, Java, Full Stack Development, or AI/MLn
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsn
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training deliveryn
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts effectivelyn
- Strong hands-on technical and project implementation experiencen
