Position: Tele Caller

Office Address: Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400051.

Budget being - 2 - 2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and field force for order follow-ups and updates
- Maintain regular communication to ensure product availability and stock updates
- Track pending orders, dispatch status, and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and interactions
- Support field sales team with required data and coordination
- Ensure timely sharing of schemes, offers, and product updates

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of pharma distribution (preferred)
- Ability to work with data and maintain records
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Prior experience in pharma/healthcare calling or coordination is an advantage
- Experience:1-3 years in Tele calling / sales coordination (preferably in pharma industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
