Job Summary

We are a growing podcast studio looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive online growth, manage campaigns, and scale content reach across platforms.

This role requires someone who understands content + performance marketing + analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns:
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads:
- Improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
- Identify trends and suggest content/campaign ideas
- Work closely with video editor and content team

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads/Lead Generation:




- Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms:
- Basic knowledge of content marketing & audience behavior:
- Valuable analytical and communication skills

Preferred: Experience with podcasts, creators, or media brands
