Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings
- Draft 2D,3D drawings using AutoCAD or related software
- Coordinate with site engineers and project team
- Green Building documentation work
- Coordinating with consultants
- architect & RCC
- Interaction with customers, if required.
- Prepare municipal drawings and submission drawings
- Modify drawings as per project requirements
- Maintain drawing records and revisions

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, excel
- Experience in residential / commercial building projects
- Knowledge of municipal approvals and drawings
- Valuable coordination and communication skills

Qualification:
- B. Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Draftsman
- Experience in construction company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
