Support formulation development for personal care products (skincare, haircare, and topical formats)
- Assist in ingredient research, efficacy validation, and benchmarking against competitor formulations and trends
- Conduct lab trials, stability testing, and maintain detailed documentation of formulations and observations
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers (CMOs) for sample development, testing, and iterations
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory standards, ingredient restrictions, and labeling requirements
- Support creation and maintenance of product documentation including formulations, specifications, and claims substantiation
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and supply chain teams for product development and launch readiness




- Assist in resolving formulation or scale-up challenges during pilot and production stages

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
