Community Outreach and Engagement:
- Conduct mobilisation activities to promote the various domains offered by our Livelihood Program within the community.
- Engage with local communities, schools, organizations, and individuals to identify potential aspirants and facilitate youth mobilisation.
- Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness about the livelihood program.
- Work closely with youth and provide them on career pathways

Aspirant Recruitment and Enrollment:
- Identify and enroll eligible aspirants for the Livelihood programs.
- Counsel the aspirants to assign them to the domain as per their need.

Program Promotion:
- Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media content, to increase program visibility.
- Attend community events, job fairs, and other relevant activities to promote the Livelihood Program
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Persons, NGO’s and community organizations to create referral networks and support the livelihood program.





Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect data on various outreach activities and conduct follow-up calls to convert potentials into registrations and enrollments.
- Gather feedback from aspirants and the community to help improve and refine program offerings.

Support and Guidance:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the aspirants.
- Maintain contact with aspirants enrolled by you to encourage attendance, completion of training and placements.
- Work closely with the centre team to ensure the effective completion of training and the successful placement of aspirants enrolled by you.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
