To be successful as a Product Owner, you should have experience with:
- Backlog management & prioritisation, including defining, refining, and sequencing the product backlog to maximise value in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Defining explicit product vision and features, and guiding story creation and prioritisation during PI Planning and ongoing ceremonies.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric delivery by providing timely feedback, clarifying requirements, and accepting stories and features during PI execution.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across Business, Technology, ToT (Team of Teams) and Architecture to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

- Strong participation in Agile ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Daily Standups, PI Planning, and PO Sync.
