Job Summary:
The Senior Billing Executive is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely preparation of invoices, ensuring smooth billing operations, coordinating with internal teams for data verification, resolving client queries, and supporting the finance team in accounts receivable management. This role requires strong attention to detail, positive analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and client contracts.
- Ensure timely generation and submission of client invoices.
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to gather necessary billing inputs.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in accounts receivable collections.
- Handle client queries related to invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update billing records and related documentation.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly revenue closing processes.




- Generate regular reports on billing status, aging reports, and collection status.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
