A Printing Press Dispatch Supervisor or Executive is responsible for managing the final stage of the printing lifecycle, ensuring that finished materials are accurately recorded, packaged, and delivered to clients on time. This role acts as a critical link between the production floor and the customer, managing both the physical movement of goods and the complex documentation required for logistics.

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and customer requirements. Coordinate with third-party transporters or in-house drivers to ensure on-time delivery and track vehicle movements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Generate and maintain essential dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and packing lists. For international orders, they must ensure adherence to export compliance and documentation.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor finished goods inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Ensure "First In, First Out" (FIFO) or "First Expired, First Out" (FEFO)

- Quality & Packaging Oversight: Supervise the final packaging, labeling, and loading of printed products to prevent damage during transit. Verify that the correct SKU, batch, and quantity are being dispatched to the correct customer.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for resolving issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Team Supervision: (Supervisor level) Train and manage a team of dispatchers, drivers, and loaders, conducting performance reviews and managing shift schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 1-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or dispatch operations, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
