Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding IELTS/PTE preparation and study abroad opportunities
- Guide students in selecting the right courses and institutions
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, social media) professionally
- Maintain student records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English + Punjabi/Hindi preferred)
- Robust interpersonal and counselling abilities
- Basic knowledge of IELTS/PTE or willingness to learn
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
