Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Production Handling:
- Operate corrugated box manufacturing machines (e.g., single facer, board cutter, printer slotter, die cutter, etc.)
- Handle the complete production cycle from kraft paper feeding to final box finishing:
- Ensure proper machine setup for different box sizes and specifications

Machine Operation & Maintenance:
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operations
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of machines

Production Efficiency:
- Achieve daily production targets with mínimal wastage
- Optimize machine usage and reduce downtime
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials

Quality Control:
- Check board quality, printing quality, and box strength
- Ensure finished products meet customer specifications
- Identify defects and take corrective actions immediately

Material Handling:
- Manage raw materials like kraft paper, adhesives, inks, etc.
- Minimize wastage and handle materials efficiently

Safety & Compliance:




- Follow factory safety guidelines and SOPs
- Ensure safe handling of machines and materials

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with semi-automatic or automatic machines:
- Basic understanding of corrugation process and box making:
- Ability to handle machines independently

Skills Required:
- Technical knowledge of corrugated machinery
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail (quality focus)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic communication skills

Salary & Advantages:
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
