Job Summary

Duties
- Act as the main liaison between third-party insurance and internal teams to coordinate claims processing and resolve issues promptly
- Review, validate, and process claims submitted by TPAs according to established policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, claim statuses, and correspondence for audit purposes




- Monitor claim progress and follow up with TPAs to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
- Assist in preparing reports on claim trends, processing times, and other key metrics for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments such as compliance, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow integration
- Support the onboarding of new TPAs by providing necessary documentation and training on procedures

Experience
- Proven experience in claims administration or TPA coordination within the healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong understanding of claims processing workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with external partners and internal teams
- Proficiency in using claims management software, databases, and MS Office tools
