- Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress and document developmental milestones, providing regular updates to parents.
- Nurturing Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and loving atmosphere for young learners.
- Collaboration: Work with co-teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives and events.
