Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents/students.
- Explain Cyboard School’s programs, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions.
- Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Eligibility Criteria
